Elevate your home wellness routine with the Maxxus “Chaumont Edition” FAR Infrared Sauna—a beautifully crafted corner unit designed to deliver deep relaxation, restorative warmth, and peace of mind. Built from premium Canadian Red Cedar wood, this sauna showcases the natural beauty, durability, and aromatic richness that make cedar a preferred choice for luxury spa environments. Its warm tones and refined construction create an inviting retreat that blends seamlessly into high-end bathroom or wellness spaces.

At the core of the Chaumont Edition is advanced FAR infrared technology powered by PureTech™ Near Zero EMF heating panels. This innovative system provides penetrating, full-body infrared warmth while maintaining almost no EMF exposure, making it an ideal choice for those who value both performance and a cleaner wellness environment. Unlike traditional high-heat saunas, infrared heat gently warms the body directly, creating a more comfortable session that encourages deep relaxation and a revitalizing sweat.

Regular infrared sauna sessions are widely appreciated for helping the body unwind, ease daily stress, and support its natural detoxification process through perspiration. The soothing warmth promotes a calm, restorative atmosphere—perfect for recharging after long days or enhancing a mindful self-care routine.

The Chaumont Edition also integrates modern luxury features to enhance every session. Built-in chromotherapy lighting allows you to immerse yourself in mood-enhancing color therapy, while privacy glass adds a sleek, contemporary touch. For a fully personalized experience, the sauna includes an integrated FM radio with MP3 auxiliary input and Bluetooth capability, allowing you to enjoy music, podcasts, or guided meditations as you relax.

Designed to fit neatly into a corner while maximizing interior space, the Maxxus “Chaumont Edition” combines refined craftsmanship, near zero EMF infrared technology, and spa-level comfort—bringing a premium detoxifying and relaxation experience into the comfort of your own home.

Red Light Therapy

This sauna features integrated Red Light Therapy designed to support overall wellness. Research suggests that red and near-infrared light may offer a range of supportive benefits for the body when used as part of a healthy lifestyle. Red light wavelengths, typically in the 620–660 nm range, are able to gently penetrate the skin and underlying tissue when positioned close to the body.

This light energy is absorbed at the cellular level, where it may help encourage natural processes related to circulation and oxygen delivery. Many users incorporate red light therapy into their routines to support muscle recovery, joint comfort, healthy blood flow, and the body’s natural repair processes. As an emerging wellness technology, red light therapy is widely used for relaxation, recovery, and overall vitality.

What Are Infrared Rays?

Infrared light is the spectrum of light that we experience as heat. Although it is invisible to the naked eye, we can feel its warmth. The sun emits the majority of its energy in the infrared range. Infrared rays can warm your body directly without needing to heat the surrounding air, a process known as conversion.

Infrared is categorized into three segments based on their wavelengths measured in microns: Near Infrared (0.76-1.5 microns), Middle Infrared (1.5-5.6 microns), and Far Infrared (5.6-1000 microns). Of these, Far Infrared has the ability to penetrate organic materials, including the human body, by two to three inches, creating a consistent and uniform warming effect.

How Infrared Saunas Work

Infrared Saunas differ from traditional saunas in that they use infrared radiant energy to directly penetrate into the body's tissue to produce perspiration. Traditional saunas use steam to heat the air inside the sauna, which then heats your body until you begin to perspire. In order for this to be effective, temperatures would need to reach in the upwards of 190 degrees Fahrenheit. Infrared saunas only need a temperature of up to 120 degrees Fahrenheit to obtain the same effect. This lower temperature makes the environment more tolerable and allows you to breathe easier.

  • Heats the air and body

Infrared Sauna

  • Lighter and less intense than traditional sauna heat.
  • Lower heat, deeper comfort easier to breathe
  • Direct radiant heat
  • No humidity or steam
  • Infrared heats the body directly, not the air
